For breakfast we went to Fresh and Co were I had pancakes. We walked through Central Park, which had lots of trees and statues. Mum bought a painting with lots of shoes on it.
After that went to the Guggenheim but part of it was closed to set up a new exhibition, so we got in cheap. There we saw a lot of art, like a boy with a horse but I liked it all. There was an exhibition by a woman called Doris Salcedo which was unsettling because they were about people being murdered in South America.

Next we went to lunch near the gallery. Then we got on the metro to the Brooklyn Bridge and walked to the World Trade Center and saw the 9/11 memorials. After that we walked to Battery Park. At the park we had a drink and looked at the Statue of Liberty. Finally we went to diner at an Italian place and I had a spicy pizza. In total we did about 21000 steps.
